The membership keeps eyes on your property. When something needs hands on it, Steward quotes the work as a project price. Members get member pricing. Labor and materials are not included in the monthly membership.

Routine Maintenance
Air filter changes, light bulbs, smoke-detector checks, faucet maintenance, and targeted interior and exterior bug treatment where legally permitted.

Property Renewal
Caulking and seal checks, dryer-vent cleaning, door alignment, drain and disposal maintenance, water-heater flushes, touch-up painting, and cleaning coordination.

How Work Is Priced

Every job is quoted as a project price, not by the hour, so you know the cost before you decide.

Members get member pricing on separately billed work. The membership itself covers weekly checks, photo reports, documentation, and access. It does not include labor or materials.
